The International Trade add-on costs EUR 10 per month plus VAT.

- Go to Income → Add income.
Upload the monthly invoice or balance report you received from Bolt to the service.
- Select Sales as the transaction type.

Enter the buyer as an individual or company, depending on the type of income.
Select Finland or Estonia as the buyer’s country, depending on the type of income.

Remember to report tips
Also add any tips to the service. Tips are business income and are treated for tax purposes in the same way as other business income.
What expenses can I add to my bookkeeping?
You can add business-related expenses to your bookkeeping.
The Bolt commission shown on the monthly invoice is also a deductible business expense. UKKO adds the commission to your bookkeeping based on the monthly invoice.
Can I add my car expenses to my bookkeeping?
You can add the purchase and operating costs of your car to your bookkeeping if the car is mainly used for business purposes.
If more than 50% of the kilometers driven with the car are related to your business activities, the car belongs to the business assets of your private trader business. In that case:
- Add a price estimate or sales agreement for the car to the service.
- Enter the other required vehicle details.
- Add the car’s purchase and operating costs to your bookkeeping.
- Keep a driving log showing business and private driving.
Please note that any VAT adjustment relating to the purchase and operating costs of a car used for business is made in the final VAT return of the year, once the proportion of business and private driving is known.
