Can I try the Private Trader service for free?
Yes, you can. All customers can use the Private Trader service free of charge for the first 30 days. During this time, you can explore the service, add income and expenses to your accounts and send invoices before your first service fee is charged.
When will I be charged the service fee?
After the first 30-day trial period, your service fee will be based on our current pricing.
Free use for new private traders
If you are a new private trader, you can continue using the Private Trader service free of charge after the initial 30-day trial period. The free period continues until one of the following conditions is met:
- you send your first invoice
- your turnover exceeds €0
- you have used the service for six months
Your service fee will be charged when the first of these conditions is met.
In an open-ended agreement, there is no notice period. You can cancel the service at any time from your own customer account. The cancellation will take effect on the last day of the current subscription period.
Please note the additional fee for international invoicing
If you use international invoicing, the fee for the international trade add-on will be charged according to the current price list also during the free trial period. The price of the add-on is €10/month + VAT.
