UKKO Entrepreneur private trader annual agreement

With the UKKO Business private trader service, you can choose a fixed-price annual agreement. The annual agreement is valid for 360 days, and the price is €73.25/month + VAT.

How does the annual agreement work?

The annual agreement starts on the date you place the order and continues for 360 days. During the agreement period:

• the monthly price is €73.25 + VAT
• the fee is charged from your payment card in 30-day periods
• the price remains the same throughout the agreement period
• the annual agreement cannot be cancelled to end before the agreement period is complete.

When the annual agreement ends, your subscription automatically continues as an open-ended agreement. After this, the pricing is based on our current price list.

Additional fee for international invoicing

If you use international invoicing, the fee for this add-on will also be charged during the annual agreement. The price of the international trade add-on is €10/month + VAT, and it is charged in addition to the fixed monthly price of the annual agreement.

Who can use the annual agreement?

The annual agreement is available to all UKKO Business private trader customers. You can choose it whether you are a new or an existing customer.

How do I change my subscription to an annual agreement?

If you are already a UKKO Business private trader customer:

1. Log in to the UKKO service.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Manage subscription.
4. Check your current subscription type and choose annual agreement.
5. Read the terms and conditions and confirm the change.

The annual agreement starts from the next service period and remains valid for 360 days.

If you have not yet registered as a user, you can choose the annual agreement after registering. Log in with the credentials you created and follow the instructions above.

Can I renew the annual agreement?

Yes, you can renew the annual agreement. There is no limit to the number of times you can renew it.

If you do not renew the annual agreement, your subscription will automatically continue as an open-ended agreement after the agreement period ends. The service fee will then be based on our current price list.
