UKKO Entrepreneur pricing becomes simpler on August 18, 2025

The pricing for the UKKO Entrepreneur service will be updated on August 18, 2025. The new model brings greater clarity and transparency for our customers and helps reduce accounting costs as private traders grow their business.

Fixed monthly pricing for private traders

In the UKKO Entrepreneur for Private Trader service, we are discontinuing the tiered pricing model, where the highest price level has been 88 €/month + VAT. This price has applied to all entrepreneurs whose total cumulative turnover has exceeded 50 000 €, regardless of the current year’s revenue.

From now on, all customers will pay a fixed monthly price of 79,90 €/month + VAT. We also offer new customers a 50 % discount for the first 6 months, making the price just 39,90 €/month + VAT. The price stays the same regardless of how much revenue your business generates.

Extra savings with an annual plan

You can lower the regular 79,90 € monthly fee at any time by choosing an annual plan for 73,25 €/month + VAT.

Our existing customers have received a separate benefit. Details of this offer have been sent via email to all customers who have opted in to receive our marketing messages. If you registered for our service before July 18, 2025, but haven’t received information about your offer, please contact our customer support.

Price update for limited companies

Alongside these updates, we are adjusting the pricing for our UKKO Entrepreneur for Limited Companies service. The price will be raised moderately, allowing us to continue delivering high-quality service to all our customers.

As of August 18, 2025, the monthly price for limited company entrepreneurs will be 139,90 €/month + VAT. We also offer an annual plan at a discounted rate of 119,90 €/month + VAT.

New customer benefits

Just starting your business? No worries! We’re keeping the free trial period for new entrepreneurs, meaning you won’t pay anything for the first 6 months as long as no turnover is generated. The new pricing will only take effect after the free trial ends.

Also, all new customers still receive their first 30 days free of charge, regardless of their turnover. You won’t be charged before the free period ends.

With these updates, UKKO Entrepreneur pricing will become clearer for all customers – regardless of their business type – and will remain predictable even as your revenue grows. The changes help ensure that accounting costs are easy to anticipate and that long-term businesses can save more over time. The moderate price adjustment for limited companies ensures we can continue offering top-quality service well into the future.
