How can I activate my physical card?
You can activate your physical card in two ways:
- With a PIN code: Activate your card by entering your PIN during your first payment at a store.
- From your UKKO Business Account: Activate your card by entering the card’s identifier in the UKKO Business Account interface.
How do I activate my physical card from the UKKO Business Account?
Follow these steps:

Log in to the UKKO Business Account management view through the "Log in UKKO Business Account" link found in the Bank Transactions section of the UKKO Entrepreneur service.
- Go to the "Cards" section.
- Select the "Physical Card" tab.
- Click "Activate," which will open a pop-up window.
- Enter your card’s identifier, a 10-digit number found on the back of your card, and click "Activate."
- Confirm the card activation on your mobile device.
