How do I open a UKKO Business Account?

You can activate a UKKO Business Account as a customer of the UKKO Entrepreneur service. Once you've registered, you can easily open the Business Account from within the UKKO service.

Here's how:

1. Log in to the UKKO Entrepreneur service.
2. In the top right corner of the homepage, you'll see a section called "Account details". Click on the link "Read more about the UKKO Business Account" at the bottom of this section.
3. You'll be directed to an introduction to the UKKO Business Account. To proceed with opening the account, click "Open your UKKO Business Account".
4. You'll be directed to the UKKO Business Account interface, where you'll finalize the account opening process. We'll automatically fill in your details, and once you've been authenticated, the processing of your account opening will begin immediately.
5. Normally, your account will be opened within 72 hours. You may be asked for additional information related to activating your account and authentication via email.

Please note that if you've registered your business ID elsewhere other than through the UKKO service and you are not listed in the trade register, you will be asked for a registration certificate from the Tax Administration. You can download the registration certificate from the "Documents" section of MyTax.
