Connecting your account to our service simplifies the allocation of payments to invoices, making your bookkeeping easier and up-to-date. With account linking, our service can match invoices and payments with the same reference number. The account information service is provided in cooperation with Enable Banking Oy. How to Link Your Account
You can link both business and personal accounts to our service. During the linking process, you will have the option to select which accounts you want to link.
Linking is done from the "Account Details" section under Settings.
To link an existing account, click the three dots next to the account. A menu will open where you can complete the linking process. The same button allows you to renew or remove the link later. Click "Add connection."
Choose whether you are linking a personal or business account. Then, select the bank where the account is held. After strong authentication, you can choose which accounts to link to our service. The "Account Information" section will then show that the account has been linked.
Linking a New Account to Our Service
When adding a new account to our service, you can choose to link its transaction data during the addition process.
Click "Save and Link Account" to select whether the account is personal or business and choose the bank. After strong authentication, the linking is complete. The "Account Details" section under Settings will show that the account has been linked.
Renewing the Link
Banks require link verification every 90 days. We cannot influence this requirement. Therefore, the link must be renewed periodically. We will remind you before the link needs to be renewed, so you don't have to worry about it. We will also notify you if renewal is needed for other reasons, such as actions or disruptions by your bank.
Renewing the account link is done from the "Account Information" section under Settings. Click the three dots next to the account to open a menu where you can renew the link. After strong authentication, the account information link will be valid for another 90 days.
Removing the Account Link
Removing the link is easy from the "Account Details" section under Settings. Click the three dots next to the account to open a menu where you can remove the link. You can renew the link anytime you want.
Account Transactions
In the "Account transactions" section, you can view fetched transactions. Transactions will update automatically from the time of linking onwards. Transactions are fetched periodically.
You can also manually fetch the latest transactions by clicking the "Refresh transactions" button.
Banks Suitable for Account Linking
Currently, linking is possible with the following banks:
Personal Account: OP, Nordea, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, DanskeBank, Handeslbanken, Ålandsbanken, Revolut, S-Pankki ja OmaSp.
Business Account: OP, Nordea, Nordea Corporate, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, DanskeBank, Handeslbanken, Holvi, Revolut ja OmaSp.
