Yes, you can! By activating the UKKO Payments additional service for your limited company, it’s easy to do.
You may have noticed that some invoices addressed to you are delivered directly to the UKKO service dashboard. This is because, as a user of the service, you have an e-invoicing address that companies billing you can use. As a result, those invoices appear directly in the service. Now you can pay them directly through you UKKO Entrepreneur service!
UKKO Payments enables you to pay your business expenses directly in the UKKO Entrepreneur service. This means you don’t need to switch between different services, you can conveniently manage your payments all in one place.
UKKO Payments is an additional service, priced at 9.90€+VAt 25,5% /30 days. With this additional service, you can pay invoices from accounts at Finnish banks supported by our system that have been connected to your profile (Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea and OP).
How to activate the UKKO Payments additional service:
- Log in to the UKKO Entrepreneur service.
- Go to "Settings" and "Manage Subscription".
- Activate the UKKO Payments additional service.
- Accept the terms and conditions:
- After accepting the terms and conditions, you will proceed to our partner’s Open Payments KYC process, where you must accept the agreement terms.

- Signing stage
At the signing stage, Open Payments will suggest individuals who, according to official registers, have the legal right to sign on behalf of the company. If your name does not appear on the list, you can select “I am not on this list but have the right to sign this form.” In that case, you will need to upload a document proving that you have the legal right to sign.
Choose FTN next to the Finnish flag as your identification method.
- Once our partner’s KYC process has been completed, the page will direct you to complete strong authentication using your online banking credentials, and you will receive confirmation that the Open Payments onboarding has been completed. After that, you can close the tab, and the additional service will be activated.
How to use the UKKO Payments additional service to pay an expense:
Once the additional service has been activated, you can pay your invoices directly through the service:
- Log in to the UKKO Entrepreneur service.
- Go to the Expenses tab.
- Click the three-dot menu and select “Pay invoice.”
- You can also pay an expense directly while creating it:
- Approve the payment:
If you have more than one account connected to the UKKO service, you can choose the account you want from the drop-down menu. Fill in the required information and approve the payment. After that, you will be redirected to confirm the payment in your online bank.

Can I pay multiple payments at once?
- At the moment, you can only make one payment at a time.
Can I cancel a payment I have approved but that has not yet been paid?
- You cannot cancel a payment that has already been approved through the UKKO service. However, you may be able to cancel payments scheduled for a future date through your own online bank, if your bank allows it.
Requirements for using the additional service:
- Your bank account must be connected to the UKKO service. See how to link your account to the service.
- Activation of the UKKO Maksut add-on service is not possible if your line of business includes, for example, any of the following:
- financial, investment, insurance, or debt collection services
- healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services
- gambling, betting, marketplace, or online auction activities
- In addition, if you operate on OnlyFans or otherwise work as an adult content creator, using the add-on service is not possible.
