The cost of accounting for a limited company in the UKKO Entrepreneur service

Try the service for free for 30 days

Registration for the UKKO service is completely free, and you can try our service for the first 30 days for free, regardless of your turnover (excluding fixed-term contracts). After 30 days, the service continues with the service fee according to the current price list.

Monthly subscription

The monthly price for an ongoing subscription is fixed at 139,90 € + 25,5% VAT / 30 days. The service fee is charged every 30 days from the payment card at the beginning of each new invoicing period.

Fixed-term 12 months / 24 months subscription

We now offer a fixed-term contract for 12 months (360 days) or 24 months (720 days), priced at 119,90 € + 25,5% VAT / 30 days. The service fee is charged every 30 days from the payment card at the beginning of each new service fee period.

Additional services available

In addition to the services included in the monthly price, customers have the option to supplement their service package with additional services.

• Undone bookkeeping: 90 € / starting hour
  • Includes verification of vouchers for already closed months and the correction of the VAT return (e.g. additions and adjustments to bookkeeping previously done by oneself, or changes reported when reopening an already confirmed voucher period).
  • Please note that the undone bookkeeping must always be arranged separately with our customer service.
• Other hourly rate work starting from 90 € / starting hour
  • Additional notifications or reports related to dividends that are not included in the standard scope of the service
  • Reopening the accounting period if the VAT return has already been submitted and requires corrections
  • Basic pricing for work agreed upon by the customer and service provider.
• Opening a voucher period: 45 € / time (if VAT return hasn't been sent)
• Verification of receipts at the customer’s separate request 50 € / time
• Resending accounting materials after termination 45 € / time
• Late service fees
  • Late confirming of a voucher period: 15 € / time
  • Late sending of monthly cash report: 15 € / time
  • Late submission of financial statements: 45 €
• Additional fee-based services for a customer registered in our UKKO Entrepreneur limited company service who is not yet within the service fee scope (no accumulated turnover):
  • Preparation and submission of financial statements: 250 €
  • Preparation and submission of tax return: 200 €

Prices are subject to a 25,5% value-added tax.
