You can register as a user of the UKKO Entrepreneur limited company service here. You can register for our service either with an already existing limited company business ID, or you can establish a limited company through us.
This is how you register
The first step is to register as a service user. Registration is free. Registration is possible with an already existing limited company business ID, or if you want to start a business, you can fill in the information required to establish a limited company when you register and the process of establishing a limited company will start through us. The process of setting up a limited company through us takes a few weeks (depending on PRH's processing times) and costs 240 € or 380 €, if you change your business form.
If the limited company is established through us, we will contact you by email about more detailed measures.
If you have already registered with the business ID of an existing limited company, you will receive instructions by email from us for implementing the service and starting a business - so keep an eye on your email! After registration, you need to take a few simple steps to be able to use the service for all your business needs. Here we tell you in detail how to proceed:
The next step after registration is to authorize us to handle your limited company's taxes. After you register, after a few days we will send you an authorization request for the Suomi.fi service. The authorization requester is SLP Rent Oy. When you log in to the Suomi.fi service, select the company's authorizations and your limited company, in the next step "received requests" and there you can accept our authorization requests (5 all together). If you still don't see the requests, you can take the following steps while you wait.
Add your company's basic information
After registration, you can immediately log in to your UKKO account. In the service, first navigate to the section "Settings" and fill in the "Company information" section with more detailed information about your company, e.g. information about the board of directors and shareholders.
Bank account details and linking
From the settings, you can also add your limited company's bank account information and connect the account to our service. Please note that the limited company must have an official company bank account in the name of the limited company. The use of a personal bank account in the operations of a limited company is not allowed. Your customers will pay their invoices to this bank account you have added, and the account number will automatically appear on the invoices you create in our service.
The bank account must be added and connected so that you can start using our service and invoicing your customers.
Add a payment card to the service. We charge our service fee from this card in 30-day subscription periods. The service requires a payment card to work, so do this as soon as possible and make sure that the card is one that can be charged successfully (the card must also allow online purchases outside the EU). The payment method must be added so that we can e.g. process your salary requests.
Retrieve your own invoicing information (purchase invoice settings)
You can also receive purchase invoices directly to the UKKO service. You can find your own purchase invoicing information in the "Purchase invoice settings" section of the settings, which you can inform the sender of the invoice. This way, your purchase invoices appear directly in the service and you can easily add them to your bookkeeping.
To ensure that your bookkeeping remains up-to-date, we ask that you add all receipts from the previous month to the service by the 15th of the following month, when the month must be confirmed at the latest. You can complete the month already before this, if all expenses and income for the month can already be found in the UKKO system and you have processed all the bank transactions of the last month. If there are unfinished receipts for the month at the end of the month, they are automatically carried over to the next month.
What if you have had a previous business activity?
If you changed bookkeeping firms, we need information about your previous activities.
In this case, when you registered, you provided us with the information of your old bookkeeper or bookkeeping firm, with which we request your previous bookkeeping material from them and add the initial balance to your account based on the information we received. This usually does not require any action on your part, but if we need more information, we will contact you by email.
If your bookkeeping for the current fiscal year is in arrears, we can also handle the audit of the arrears bookkeeping for an additional fee (90 €+VAT per our starting working hour). If you need arrears bookkeeping, please contact our customer service.
