If you wish to close your UKKO Business Account, please ensure that the account balance is 0 €, and then follow the instructions below.
- Log in to your UKKO Entrepreneur account
- Go to Settings > Manage Subscription
- Click Deactivate next to the UKKO Business Account.
Please note:
- The service fee for the UKKO Business Account is charged until the end of the current invoicing period (1 month). Paid service fees will not be refunded, even if you cancel the account in the middle of a invoicing cycle.
- The account balance must be 0 € before closing the account. If there are incoming payments, please submit the closure request only after the funds have arrived and you have transferred them to another account.
- Your UKKO Business Account will be automatically closed if you cancel the UKKO Entrepreneur service. In this case, there is no need to request the closure of the UKKO Business Account separately.
- Once your UKKO Business Account is closed, please remember to set a new default account in the service.
