If you wish to close your UKKO Business Account, please ensure that the account balance is 0 €, and then follow the instructions below.
You must request the closure of your UKKO Business Account via email. Please send the closure request from the email address linked to your Business Account. Write the request in English and send it to support@swan.io. You can use the message template at the end of the article.
Please note:
- In the closure request, mention the IBAN number of your UKKO Business Account and, if possible, the account ID number.
- The service fee for the UKKO Business Account is paid until the end of the current billing period (1 month). Paid service fees are not refunded, even if you terminate the Business Account in the middle of the billing period.
- The account balance must be €0 before closing the account. If there are incoming payments to the account, please submit the closure request only after their arrival, once you have transferred the funds to another account.
- The UKKO Business Account is automatically closed if you terminate the UKKO Entrepreneur service. In this case, you do not need to send a separate request to close the Business Account.
