As your turnover increases, ie your billing amount grows, the pricing of the UKKO service is automatically updated to the next pricing level. Your service fee will be updated exactly from the day your cumulated billing exceeds the pricing level threshold. For this reason, your service charge receipt will show more lines as part of your billing period you were on the previous pricing level, and the rest of the period on the next one. Your fee is balanced automatically.
The UKKO system expresses a price change in the breakdown of the invoice with a language our system uses, which unfortunately is not always very clear. However, with this article, we aim to clarify what each invoice means.
You can see in the invoice summary, how your total fee is formed. In the example above, our customer has moved from one pricing level to another. The bottom line shows the new monthly price, 44€ + VAT, for the new billing period March 28 to April 28.
The upper lines show the price change and equalization of the previous billing period.
The top two lines are shown on this invoice, as the customer has paid a monthly fee of 22€ + VAT for the billing period marked on them (16 March - 28 March), but has moved to the next pricing level in the middle of the period, ie they are to pay a new monthly price of 44 euros + VAT for the last part of the billing period. The price change is always only visible on the receipt for the following period, as the service fee is always charged at the beginning of the subscription period.
The top two lines read as follows:
First, line 1, labeled "Unused time," credits the customer the days for which the they have paid the old service fee but have actually already moved to the next pricing level, according to their actual billing.
Then, line 2, "Remaining time", will charge the new price for those days.
The invoice thus shows that the customer pays a higher monthly price only for the days when his accumulated billing reaches a higher pricing level, and the lower price already paid for those days with the previous invoice will be credited to him.
