If we need more information about a voucher you have added to the UKKO service in order to record income or expense in your bookkeeping, you will receive a notification from us by e-mail and in the UKKO system. You will then be able to edit the voucher's information in UKKO system. The inquiry will state what additional information we need.
Here's what you should do:
Choose the voucher the clarification request is addressing, add the needed information on the description of the voucher and click save. After this, the income / expense is transferred back to the processing of our financial team. After the financial team has processed the voucher, a lock symbol appears next to it.
