Arrears accounting is an accounting term which means that the bookkeeping is not completely up to date, i.e. it is uncompleted.
This may be the case if the entrepreneur has not recorded his purchases and sales in his accounts and, for example, at the end of the year they find that the accounts need to be updated for the VAT return. In the same situation, it is possible to talk about uncompleted accounting when the accounting has been done by the entrepreneur themself.
The monthly fee for the UKKO Private Trader service includes accounting from the month of registration onwards. If the customer switches to our service in the middle of the financial year, the reports for the beginning of the accounting year must be submitted to us. When changing the accounting office or service, we will contact you on the matter after registration.
If you become our customer in the middle of the financial year and you have done your own accounting during the first half of the year or have not done it at all, we can, for an additional fee (50e / month + VAT), bring your accounts up to date for the incomplete months. If you have a need for completing uncompleted accounting, feel free to contact our customer service.
