Changed legislation in the EEA will require strong identification of payments from the beginning of 2021. In practice, this means that when you add a payment card to our service, your bank might ask for strong customer authentication. If this happens, please follow the instructions you receive.
Your bank may also occasionally require strong customer authentication for automatic monthly payments. This cannot be influenced in any way by UKKO Private Trader or our payment operator Stripe. If the service fee needs to be confirmed using strong customer authentication, you will receive an email from us where you can find the amount that needs to be paid and a link where you can do the strong customer authentication.
