The UKKO Private Trader service is suitable for many life situations, whether you are an adult, a student or a pensioner. You can work as either a full-time or part-time entrepreneur.
Single-entry bookkeeping as a condition
The service is suitable for you if you are a self-employed person, ie a private trader entrepreneur, in which case you are entitled to keep single-entry accounting and, as a rule, employ only yourself.
Single-entry bookkeeping is sufficient for you if your business does not exceed at most one of the following conditions in the current and previous financial year:
- The balance sheet total exceeds 100 000 euros
- Turnover exceeds 200 000 euros
- It employs an average of 3 people
If two of the above conditions are met or your company's financial year is other than a calendar year, then double-entry bookkeeping must be done and the UKKO Private Trader service will not be suitable for you.
