When you start using the logbook of our service, you must first record the private and business car trips you have already done during the current year. It is not necessary to mark each drive individually, it is enough to enter the sum of the two types of drives separately to the system.
Example: You start using our service on 1.8. You have used another logbook for the beginning of the year. Calculate the total number of business trips in the first half of the year (ie from January until the day you started using the service log) and enter the total numbers by pressing the ''new trip'' button. For example, you have driven 3 250 kilometers so far. Of these, 2 050 km are business drives and the remaining 1 200 km are private drives. So navigate to the logbook, press a new trip, fill in the information about the business trip (ie the total amount of the business drive kilometers) and press save. Do the same for private drives so add a new trip and fill in the information about private driving.
After this, you can start using the UKKO Private Trader's driving log in a normal way, so each car trip must be recorded as a new trip. This regulation regarding the keeping of a logbook comes from the tax administration.
Please note that you must keep the previous logbook as the tax administration might ask you to show it.
