The UKKO Entrepreneur service includes the preparation of the financial statement and the annual business income tax return for your limited company, all within the monthly subscription fee. We’ll start working on these documents once your financial year has ended.
The financial statement will be prepared based on your financial year's bookkeeping records, which is why we kindly request that you add all your receipts to the service in a timely manner. The smoothest way to do this is by consistently uploading the previous month's receipts to the service by the 15th day of the following month. This ensures that your data remains up-to-date as the financial year transitions, eliminating the need for additional supplementation.
For the financial statement, we may require additional information such as the value of your inventory, the balance of your cash reserves, or details of leasing agreements. As your financial year-end approaches, you will receive an email containing an end-of-financial-year checklist. Please review it carefully and ensure that you provide us with all the necessary information following the instructions by the 15th day of the month following your financial year-end.
Following this, please monitor your email as we will notify you of your financial results. Subsequently, we will require your company board's decision regarding the treatment of the financial results. For this purpose, we kindly request that you send us the minutes of the board meeting discussing this matter within a month of receiving the results.
When everything is clear on your part and you have provided the necessary information, we will finalize your financial statement and prepare the tax return for your limited company!
